Company Overview

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL), part of the Aditya Birla Group, is a major branded apparel business with a broad portfolio of well-known lifestyle labels. By March 31, 2025, it had a retail presence of more than 4.6 million sq. ft., including 3,253 exclusive brand outlets, coverage in over 38,000 multi-brand outlets, and more than 7,000 shop-in-shops in department stores across India.

The brand portfolio includes some of India’s most recognized names: Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, and Peter England, each with a history of over 25 years. These brands have shown consistent growth through design-focused innovation, expansion into new categories, and strong operational execution across formal, casual, and occasion wear.

ABLBL also has a strong position in innerwear and athleisure through Van Heusen Innerwear, which has expanded its distribution network across the country. The company’s offerings are further supported by partnerships with Simon Carter, American Eagle, and Reebok. American Eagle has become one of India’s preferred premium denim brands, while Reebok, brought under the company’s management in 2022, has widened its reach across channels. Simon Carter continues to grow in premium menswear with its distinctive design approach and curated collections.
