What you will do
- Build AI applications that improve access to product and engineering knowledge for internal users.
- Work with stakeholders, product owners and subject-matter experts to turn business needs from electrical engineering and product knowledge into practical technical concepts.
- Develop AI capabilities end to end, from early prototypes and assessments through to production deployment of model-based and workflow-based solutions.
- Focus on reliability, scalability and solution quality by using sound engineering methods and appropriate validation techniques for knowledge-heavy use cases.
- Help define development standards, architecture choices and best practices for applied AI work.
- Share expertise with teammates, create reusable implementation patterns and contribute to the company’s long-term AI capability.

- Several years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning or applied data-driven product development.

- Strong interest in finding AI use cases with real business value and turning them into workable solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and business teams and translate non-technical requirements into sustainable AI systems.
- Solid Python programming skills.
- Good command of modern development practices such as version control, testing, API use and deployment-oriented implementation.
- Sound judgment to decide when AI is the right approach and when a conventional solution is better.
