About the internship
This remote, part-time HR internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to people operations in a socially driven organisation. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, documentation, research, and internal communication while learning how day-to-day HR work is managed in practice.
What you'll do
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as arranging interviews and keeping candidate information organised.
- Help with intern onboarding and maintain clear communication with newly selected candidates.
- Assist with HR operations, including intern engagement and coordination tasks.
- Join virtual HR meetings, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Carry out basic research on HR practices, engagement methods, and current industry trends when needed.
- Prepare HR documents, presentations, and reports.
- Submit weekly updates on assigned work and the learning gained from the internship.
- Support outreach efforts for awareness and engagement activities.

Other requirements
- MBA in HR, Marketing, or General Management.
