Role Overview
The Car Expert internship is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Gurgaon with coverage for Gurgaon and Delhi. The role centers on assisting walk-in customers, matching them with suitable vehicles, supporting sales closure, and delivering a smooth customer experience throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors at the outlet and explain vehicle details clearly and accurately.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend cars that fit their budget and preferences.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and contribute to overall vehicle sales.
- Arrange and supervise test drives for interested buyers.
- Assist with lead creation, regular follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into customers.
- Present and upsell value-added offerings such as insurance, warranty, loans, and buyback options.
- Enter and maintain precise customer data in CRM systems.
- Support a positive and professional customer experience during all walk-in and sales interactions.
- Work with internal teams for vehicle handover, paperwork, and post-sale assistance.
- Be available for on-site work from 11 AM to 8 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Working Conditions
