What you will do

You will drive strong sales and service by understanding customer needs, spotting ownership opportunities, recommending suitable products and services, and guiding customers on the right ways to purchase.

You are expected to stay current on Apple products, services, buying options, and Product Zone sales processes.

You will also assist teammates across the store by sharing product knowledge, service insights, and purchase guidance, while helping create ownership opportunities.

Accuracy and adherence to guidance are important in this role.

Other duties may be assigned as needed, including customer service and support tasks in different areas of the store.

You will contribute to an inclusive workplace by respecting differences and staying curious about other perspectives.

The role also requires you to demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in day-to-day work.

Minimum qualifications

You must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and you should reliably attend work as scheduled, subject to local laws and any approved accommodations.

You should have prior experience in retail, sales, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications

It is an advantage if you already know Apple products and services well.

A strong record of delivering excellent sales results and customer experience is preferred.

You should be able to tailor solutions to customer needs and communicate them effectively.

Comfort in resolving customer concerns with care, learning, and strong presentation skills is important.

The role requires the ability to work in a busy environment and support several customers at once.

You should be willing to keep learning about Apple products, services, and third-party products to improve the customer experience.

It is also helpful to support the wider team by sharing knowledge, experience, and practical insights.
