About the internshipThis part-time, on-site internship is centered on supporting live hiring drives in Hyderabad. You will help the recruitment team manage candidate movement, paperwork, communication, and day-to-day coordination so the event runs efficiently from start to finish.What you will doSupport the planning and execution of in-person hiring drives for a client in Hyderabad.Welcome candidates on arrival and guide them through each step of the recruitment process.Collect, arrange, and file resumes in an organized manner after ensuring they are logged correctly.Assist applicants in completing registration and application forms accurately.Check and collect required documents such as ID proofs and certificates, making sure nothing is missing.Prepare candidates for interviews or assessments by explaining the process and expectations.Coordinate with candidates and the recruitment team to keep the event moving on time.Maintain trackers and records for attendance, submissions, and candidate status throughout the day.Respond to candidate questions and share clear information about the drive.Take care of end-to-end coordination and other assigned tasks needed to make the hiring drive successful.Who can applyThis opportunity is open only to candidates who can work part time, start between 9 Jun 2026 and 14 Jul 2026, and commit for 1 week. Applicants must be based in Hyderabad and should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are welcome to apply, and freshers may also be considered.StipendThe internship offers a weekly stipend in the range of INR 2,001 to 5,000.
