The position involves configuring CRM systems, building automations, integrating external tools, and helping teams use the platform effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, tailor, and fine-tune Zoho CRM according to business needs.Build workflows, automation logic, and custom functions with Deluge scripting.Connect Zoho CRM with third-party tools, platforms, and internal business systems.Train users, offer day-to-day guidance, and provide support to encourage smooth CRM adoption.Diagnose and fix CRM issues to keep the system stable and dependable.Work with different teams to improve data movement and make business processes more efficient.Keep up with Zoho CRM updates, new capabilities, and good implementation practices.EligibilityThis opportunity is open only to candidates based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.PerksSelected candidates will receive a job offer.Additional InformationThe role is a full-time onsite position in Hyderabad, India, with openings available in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
