Your Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with profound expertise in AI, from training to operations, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), to join our dynamic startup team. Ideally, you will have prior experience in MLOps. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence our projects and play a key part in shaping our technology stack and strategic decisions. Your primary responsibilities will involve researching and testing methods to enhance our AI Agents through fine-tuning, improving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and exploring other advanced techniques. Your insights will be crucial in designing and implementing efficient and scalable solutions. If you possess knowledge or interest in Golang, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to AI-related Golang projects and collaborate closely with our Development Team to refine our product.
