About the Role
Summit GM in Fort McMurray is seeking a Shuttle Driver to support its dealership service operation. This position focuses on moving customers safely and comfortably between the dealership and their destinations while delivering a courteous, polished experience. The role also includes occasional light support work around the service department. The ideal person is reliable, safety-minded, professional, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Transport customers between the dealership and other locations using the assigned shuttle vehicle in a safe manner.
- Deliver a welcoming, courteous, and professional customer experience throughout each trip.
- Help passengers get in and out of the shuttle when needed.
- Keep the shuttle clean, organized, fueled, and checked daily for basic inspection requirements.
- Work with service advisors to plan routes and manage timing around customer needs.
- Report shuttle delays, concerns, or operational issues to the service team without delay.
- Assist the service department with light tasks such as moving vehicles, delivering parts, and handling dealership errands.
- Observe dealership, OEM, and safety rules while operating shuttle and dealership vehicles.
- Complete additional duties assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving history is mandatory.
- Experience in driving or customer-facing work is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a service-first mindset.
- Capability to drive safely in different traffic and weather conditions.
- Dependable, on time, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
- A neat, professional appearance and manner that fits dealership expectations.
- High school completion or an equivalent credential is preferred.
