Role overview
We are hiring several seasoned ServiceNow Developers to support an expanding set of initiatives across a partner ecosystem. This position focuses on delivering major ServiceNow builds and improvements across IRM/GRC, HRSD, and PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) modules.
Work location and schedule
This is a remote contract role. The workday follows the Australian time zone, with a 4:30 AM start time.
Responsibilities
- Build, tailor, and support ServiceNow applications, workflow automations, and system integrations.
- Deliver enhancements in HRSD, IRM/GRC, or PSDS environments for government-focused clients.
- Create and maintain integrations through IntegrationHub, ETL, APIs, and enterprise connectors.
- Work closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to produce solutions that can scale and remain easy to maintain.
- Make sure solutions align with ITIL v4 practices and Australian Government ICT requirements.
Experience and technical profile
The role calls for at least 5 to 6 years of practical ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or public-sector settings. Deep experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or HRSD is important, including policy and compliance management, risk and audit processes, third-party risk, employee workflows, HR case handling, and HR service delivery automation.
Strong capability in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration work is expected, along with a solid grasp of ITIL v4 and automation concepts. Clear communication and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively are also essential.
Certification and security requirements
ServiceNow CSA and relevant Implementation Specialist certifications for HRSD, PSDS, or IRM/GRC are considered an advantage. A baseline or higher AGSVA security clearance is mandatory.
