Role Overview
North Beach is looking for two seasoned retail professionals to take on Section Manager roles at Tauranga Crossing in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. This part-time opportunity is suited to people who can lead from the front and support a busy sales environment.
What the Role Involves
In this position, you will guide a motivated sales team, help drive strong results, and make sure customer service stays at a high standard. The role calls for someone who is comfortable motivating others, working toward targets, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Schedule
There are two shifts available: Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, or Sunday and Monday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Availability on public holidays is also required when needed.
