Company Overview
Neto Uniforms has been delivering premium uniforms across Western Australia and other regions for more than 20 years. The business is known for screen printing and embroidery services, producing customised garments for clients in sectors such as trade, corporate, education, sport, health and beauty, events, promotions, branding, and individual orders. The team combines strong product knowledge with hands-on production experience to create durable, neatly finished uniforms that suit a wide variety of needs.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Innaloo, Western Australia. The Screen Printer will handle preparation of screens, inks, and artwork for production, set up and run manual or automated screen-printing presses, and complete print jobs in line with order requirements and quality expectations.
Key Duties
In this role, you will load and unload garments, register prints accurately, blend inks, watch print output for consistency, and make adjustments where needed to maintain quality. You will also support small design changes for print jobs, work alongside the embroidery and production teams, look after equipment, and help keep the workspace tidy and safe.
Working Expectations
The role requires you to follow production timelines, deliver work to deadline, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. The position is physically active and may involve standing for long periods and lifting garment cartons when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have practical experience in screen printing, including press setup, machine operation, and basic fault-finding. Familiarity with production workflows, curing or drying methods, garment handling, and quality checks is important. Experience working with embroidery coordination is also useful, even though it is not the main focus of the job. You should be comfortable working with artwork and print files, including layout, sizing, colour separation, and print-ready file preparation. Prior experience in garment decoration or a similar print-production environment is preferred, and vocational training or certification in printing or graphic arts would be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
This position calls for strong attention to detail, accurate colour matching, and a consistent focus on producing high-quality results. You must be willing to follow safety procedures, maintain equipment properly, and contribute to ongoing improvements in production processes. Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach are also essential.
