Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in SAP ABAP Cloud and a strong ability to guide client delivery through technical depth, business understanding, and clear communication. The role focuses on shaping solution strategy, translating business needs into practical technology changes, and contributing as a trusted advisor to clients.

The position also emphasizes a forward-looking, AI-first approach. The selected professional will help design, build, and roll out enterprise solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery efforts using GenAI and Agentic AI to solve business problems and improve enterprise workflows.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, assess business needs, and convert them into implementable technology solutions.
• Apply best practices in delivery while contributing technical depth across engagements.
• Act as an SME for the team and take ownership of important technical and delivery decisions.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and participate in key cross-functional decisions.
• Develop practical solutions for issues affecting the immediate team as well as broader project groups.
• Support and mentor junior team members to strengthen their capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to encourage consistent use of best practices.

Technical Profile

The role requires strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud, along with a good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methods. You should be able to connect AI capabilities with business goals while keeping solutions scalable, responsible, and valuable.

Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, building and deploying applications in cloud environments, and troubleshooting SAP applications is also important.

Experience and Education

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud is required. The educational requirement is 15 years of full-time education. Only candidates meeting this background should apply.
