About Times Experience
Times Experience is the experiential marketing division of BCCL. The team is responsible for building and delivering inventive experiential offerings such as brand IPs, brand solutions, and business conclaves. Its broader mission is to grow revenue across the experiential business by maximizing current IPs, creating new formats, and pursuing new business opportunities.
The role contributes to expanding the potential of the business unit by spotting market opportunities, understanding challenges, using new technologies and platforms, and working closely with functional and business unit leaders to create products, solutions, and business models for both B2B and B2C segments.
Key responsibilities
The role includes developing event IP concepts and shaping strategy, improving existing IPs so they remain relevant, profitable, and commercially strong, and supporting monetization efforts through collaboration with sales and brand teams.
The position also requires market analysis, audience insight gathering, and value proposition design to ensure each IP is distinct and competitive. In addition, the role involves acting as a strategic advisor for stakeholders and serving as a link between brand and sales teams so that ideas are aligned with revenue goals.
