Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and process-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US go-to-market team. This role is crucial for generating sales pipeline through both marketing-driven outbound prospecting and strategic follow-up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, data-driven setting, quickly mastering our high-tech SaaS product suite. You will be instrumental in engaging prospects, identifying how our solutions address their business challenges, and accelerating the journey from lead to opportunity.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- A solid grasp of effective prospecting techniques and outbound cadencing strategies.
- Familiarity with essential sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Outreach, Nooks, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Exposure to or a keen interest in AI-powered prospecting tools and data-driven sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify suitable opportunities and manage multiple outreach efforts concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to customize messages for different personas and buying intents.
- A self-driven, detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhering to established processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prospecting to IT, Security, or SaaS leadership roles.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 or cloud security markets.
- A demonstrated track record of analyzing funnel data, assessing lead quality, and providing recommendations for campaign optimization.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement a combined outbound and inbound prospecting strategy, engaging target accounts aligned with marketing campaigns and responding to MQLs within the assigned territory.
- Analyze top-of-funnel data and campaign engagement metrics to prioritize accounts and prospects effectively.
- Conduct thorough research on target organizations to identify key decision-makers and customize outreach based on persona, use case, and buying signals.
- Engage in high-quality conversations to understand prospect pain points, assess their needs, and present relevant product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and accurate pipeline management.
- Maintain meticulous records of activities and ensure consistent follow-up using CRM and sequencing tools.
- Monitor performance metrics, including conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced, and share insights on campaign and prospecting trends.
- Participate actively in ongoing training, enablement sessions, and process reviews to continuously enhance skills and messaging.
