Key responsibilities

• Work with internal and external stakeholders so the rubrics fit enterprise processes, including HR, security, and communications teams.
• Deliver strong written and spoken feedback that helps refine AI performance and improve rubric quality.
• Study crisis-management situations and contribute to multi-step response planning that supports operational continuity.

Required background

• Demonstrated experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning in a simple way.
• Good judgment when working with incomplete information, along with the ability to design practical multi-stage responses.
• Strong understanding of how HR, security, and communications workflows operate within organizations.
• Hands-on experience creating, documenting, and assessing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
• Analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and experience turning data into meaningful insights.
