Role Overview
CREATE is hiring Research Coordinator Interns to supervise and organize a group of 20–25 research interns working on campaign-driven storytelling assignments. The position focuses on coordinating research operations, monitoring outreach activity, maintaining clean and reliable data, validating stories, and keeping communication smooth between the research team and campaign stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and track the everyday work of 20–25 research interns.
- Monitor outreach progress and keep research efforts aligned with deadlines.
- Examine gathered details and help confirm participant stories.
- Keep databases, trackers, and research records well-structured and updated.
- Follow up with researchers and participants to fill in missing details.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and completeness across research documentation.
- Share daily and weekly progress updates with the leadership team.
- Spot mismatches, unverified details, or operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Work closely with campaign, content, and operations teams to support project needs.
- Preserve quality benchmarks throughout the research workflow.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 29 Jun 2026 and 3 Aug 2026, are available for a 1-month duration, and are based in Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the work.
