React JS Developer

Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a React JS Developer to join the Chennai team. The position calls for someone who can build modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces while working closely with design, backend, and delivery teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop front-end applications with React.js and related web technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Create reusable UI components and build applications that can scale efficiently.
• Work with state management approaches such as Redux and Context API.
• Integrate RESTful APIs into front-end solutions.
• Use modern tooling and workflows such as Webpack, Vite, Git, npm/yarn, and CI/CD practices.
• Apply front-end best practices, including component-driven design and performance tuning.
• Debug issues effectively and contribute to production-ready releases.
• Coordinate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders in an Agile setup.

Skills And Experience Needed

The role requires 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. You should have solid hands-on exposure to React.js, modern JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web development, and front-end architecture. Strong knowledge of state management, API integration, debugging, and delivery of high-quality applications is expected.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold one of the following qualifications: B.Com, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, B.C.A, or B.B.A./B.M.S. in any specialization.
