Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Buyer to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring all necessary goods and services for hotel operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. Key duties include managing supplier relationships, evaluating bids, overseeing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal departments to meet operational demands. The Purchasing Buyer will uphold company procurement policies and actively contribute to cost-saving initiatives and supply chain optimization.
