About the organization

The employer is a rapidly growing provider of infrastructure, industrial, and energy services supporting projects throughout North America. Its work spans the full lifecycle of critical assets, including construction, maintenance, inspection, rehabilitation, and field services. The company emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence, and offers a collaborative, performance-focused environment where employees can contribute to meaningful projects and build their careers.

Qualifications

This role calls for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal coordination, tender administration, bid management, sales operations, or commercial support. Success in the role also depends on strong document formatting, clear written communication, excellent organization, close attention to detail, and the ability to stay effective when priorities change quickly. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are needed, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred background

Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, utility, renewable energy, industrial, or technical service environments is an advantage. Familiarity with EPC delivery, operations and maintenance (O&M), service agreements, or asset management contracts is also helpful, as is exposure to contract administration, commercial reviews, or proposal compliance requirements. A working understanding of business development and customer relationship processes is valuable.
