Role Summary
This Project Manager position is responsible for driving multiple projects from start to finish, keeping them aligned with business goals, delivered efficiently, and completed within agreed scope, schedule, and budget. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and subject-matter experts. In addition to delivery ownership, the position contributes to revenue growth by supporting proposals, client relationships, and new business opportunities, while also improving processes through strong documentation and best practices.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Bring internal and external subject-matter experts into the planning stage and coordinate project timelines.
- Oversee implementation, including quality reviews to confirm that course delivery meets expected standards.
- Check the quality of materials, delivery, and client outputs, and review risks and feedback to identify improvements.
- Prepare and keep updated project records such as reports, schedules, plans, meeting notes, and communication logs.
- Manage project budgets and financial tracking by monitoring expenses, forecasting costs, and highlighting any deviations.
- Support initiatives that improve project processes and strengthen project management practices.
- Make sure project work follows internal policies and agreed deadlines.
- Contribute to post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for future work.
Business Development Support
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions, and help coordinate RFP and RFQ responses across teams.
- Convert client needs into clear scope statements, project plans, and delivery timelines.
- Attend client meetings on behalf of the project team and record requirements, feedback, and next steps.
- Keep sales pipeline and opportunity trackers current, while sharing visibility on status and resource capacity.
- Work with internal teams to build cost estimates, project plans, and staffing allocations for new opportunities.
- Support the organization of inputs needed for RFP and RFQ responses.
- Build strong client relationships through prompt communication and proactive follow-up.
- Create case studies, reference materials, and win assets that help future business development efforts.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM are advantageous. The role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in project management and a solid grasp of project delivery principles. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities are essential, along with familiarity in project management methods, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
