This position is for a Project Manager within the Operations – RPA function, placed in the Project & Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on driving a single platform’s projects from start to finish, including delivery tracking, governance coordination, issue resolution, and cross-team alignment. It also includes support for platform initiatives, strict follow-through on SOPs, and may extend to people management duties.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and carry out project tasks while staying aligned with SOPs and committed timelines.
• Handle first-level communication with stakeholders for platform delivery updates and coordination.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution for a single platform.
• Manage governance routines and resolve issues related to process flow and infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing project support and help teams work together smoothly.
• Where required, supervise a team and distribute tasks effectively.
• Maintain governance standards and ensure compliance throughout project work.
• Participate in internal reviews and contribute to process enhancement efforts.

Required qualifications and experience

• A graduate degree is required in one of the following: B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBI, or BMS.
• Preferred postgraduate qualifications include MBA, M.Com, or MA.
• Relevant work experience of 3 to 7 years in project management is required.
• Experience in financial services or technology platform environments is preferred.
