About the Role
Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support procurement activities for business operations in Singapore. The role sits within a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and sustainable impact.
What You Will Do
- Manage direct procurement for project-linked requirements and provide limited support for indirect procurement across the business.
- Assist with sourcing work such as RFQs, quotation comparisons, and supplier evaluation.
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, scope, delivery timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Project Management, Service, and leadership to support project delivery and tender activities.
- Ensure procurement work follows the Supply Chain Management Framework and Corporate Procurement Governance standards.
- Help improve financial outcomes by identifying and implementing productivity enhancements.
- Prepare KPI analysis and reporting for country leadership and Global Headquarters.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
- Prior exposure to healthcare or construction-related procurement will be considered an advantage.
- Comfort using MS Office applications and preferably some experience with SAP.

- Strong planning, organization, and coordination capabilities.
- Clear communication and solid stakeholder management skills.
- Basic commercial understanding with some negotiation experience.
- A meticulous approach and strong documentation habits.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
