Roles and Responsibilities

• Build annual, seasonal, and MOP sales plans, then monitor performance against those plans to support business goals.
• Create revenue plans across multiple segments, including business unit, fulfilment type, article level, and gender-level planning.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage cross-functional communication along with team interactions.
• Track OTB consumption, establish target opening inventory, and address deviations where needed.
• Work with different teams to gather planning inputs on time and ensure alignment before deadlines.
• Design and maintain reporting formats that provide a complete view of portfolio health.
• Contribute actively to strategy creation and implementation.
• Run the monthly planning cycle to refresh and realign the sales plan.
• Oversee Open to Buy and inbound capacity for the category.
• Review assortment health across key metrics and take corrective action to improve conversions.
