Role overview

As a pizzaiolo at L’Osteria in Constance, you’ll help create the brand’s signature fresh, oven-baked pizzas and ensure each one reaches guests with the quality and character the restaurant is known for. The role is open both to experienced pizza makers and to career changers, with training provided to help you get started in the kitchen.

What you’ll do

• Prepare pizzas according to L’Osteria standards and recipes.
• Follow hygiene rules and HACCP food safety requirements.
• Receive incoming goods and check food items for quality and correctness.
• Clean kitchen tools and prepare equipment and workstations for use.

What we’re looking for

• You may already have experience as a pizzabäcker, or you may be starting fresh as a career changer.
• You enjoy working with fresh ingredients and food products.
• You bring reliability, a clean working style, and a strong focus on quality.
