The role
We are seeking a Performance Creative Designer to produce attention-grabbing, conversion-focused advertising assets for paid channels. This position suits a designer who enjoys motion, direct-response work, and creative that is measured by outcomes.
As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will create ad visuals for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, operating at the point where creative thinking meets performance marketing.

Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and improving paid media creative that supports direct response goals, using both static and motion formats.
- Develop high-performing ad creatives for social and paid media, including static and motion-based assets.
- Review performance signals and collaborate with media buyers and strategists to refine creative direction in real time.
- Expand social-first creative concepts into stronger, bolder ads that combine storytelling with performance marketing needs.
- Track new ad formats, platform updates, and creative best practices to keep campaigns current and competitive.
- Turn successful concepts into multiple versions so testing and optimisation can continue at pace.

- Practical experience using Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, and CapCut to create ad assets.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while staying collaborative in a fast-moving team.
- Genuine interest in the evolution of paid social creative, platform changes, and emerging ad formats.
