Role Overview
This role is for an Order to Cash professional based in Chennai, with a focus on dispute handling and collections within the O2C function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order-to-cash disputes and support resolution activities.
- Handle collections-related tasks as part of the O2C process.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is located in Chennai and follows a five-day work-from-office model. The shift pattern is rotational and includes night shifts.

Experience Requirement
Candidates should have between 6 months and 6 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash.
