About the Role
This position is based in Dubai, a key hub for Eaton’s Middle East business, where commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and support teams work together in a globally connected setting. Eaton is also investing in a new sustainable campus in Dubai, reflecting its long-term commitment to growth, collaboration, and capability development.
Within Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment, the role is centered on building and scaling data center services offers worldwide. The goal is to create a consistent, repeatable service model that supports customer outcomes across regions while keeping offers practical for execution. The position combines post-order delivery, field and project services, quality and customer experience, and commercial operations. It ensures services are well structured, positioned, priced, and ready to deliver for large hyperscale and colocation customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global service offer strategy for the data center segment and serve as the post-order center of excellence offer lead.
- Manage the full lifecycle of global data center service offers, including commissioning, installation and energization, preventive maintenance, EPMS/power quality, and lifecycle programs.
- Shape offer segmentation by customer type and geography, balancing global consistency with local business needs.
- Maintain a service roadmap that aligns with segment priorities and customer expectations.
- Work with Global IT to implement digital tools that support voice-of-customer capture, training, reporting, and standardized execution.
- Create globally deployable service standards covering scope, deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria to reduce variation between regions.
- Support a unified sell-and-deliver model by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own and govern core offer materials such as playbooks, service description documents, templates, and customer-facing collateral.
- Partner with IT to improve digital enablement and promote safe, quality execution in field operations.
- Help regions quote and sell services by providing value propositions, differentiation, and go-to-market guidance.
- Develop pricing guardrails with Finance, including rate structures, bundling approaches, attachment strategies, and deal qualification rules.
- Support major global pursuits by defining executable scope and highlighting commercial or delivery risks.
- Use digital tools to strengthen sales effectiveness across target customers and market segments.
- Ensure offers are operationally ready through proper capacity planning, required skills, prerequisites, tools, and handoff design.
- Work with post-order leaders to improve delivery outcomes such as readiness, site access, and commissioning performance.
- Incorporate structured feedback from the field and programs into continuous offer improvement.
- Define and monitor success indicators such as attach rate, margin contribution, delivery performance, first-time-right quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide dashboards and insights that improve adoption, consistency, and customer experience.
- Advance reporting and metric digitization to support customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead across a global matrix of engineering, services, supply chain, marketing, sales operations, PMO, and quality teams without direct reporting authority.
- Connect global standards with regional execution so offers remain scalable, practical, and locally relevant.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: services offer management, product or offer management, program management, services commercialization, post-order execution, or field/project services in a complex B2B environment.
Skills and Experience
- Background in data centers or mission-critical electrical infrastructure, including grey/white space environments, commissioning and startup, or power services.
- Understanding of offer enablement concepts such as roadmaps, positioning, go-to-market planning, and stakeholder readiness.
- Strong commercial judgment, including pricing logic, value-based selling support, and risk or assumption management.
- Experience introducing standard work and continuous improvement across multiple regions with a practical, disciplined approach.
- Exposure to digital services and monitoring offers, and how they connect with physical infrastructure programs.
Why Join Eaton
- Competitive pay and benefits matched to your background and contribution.
- The chance to work on demanding, high-impact projects within a collaborative environment.
- Internal mobility is encouraged, with promotion from within where possible.
- Long-term learning is supported through development programs, upskilling, and Eaton University.
- Safety, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability are central to the company’s purpose.
- Health, safety, and wellbeing are prioritized, with support designed to help employees thrive.
