Role overviewWe are hiring Managers in India to handle commercial agreements and coordination across plant and project activities. This role focuses on keeping contract-related work organized, timely, compliant, and aligned with business needs.Core responsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of plant and project commercial agreements, from drafting and review through execution, extension, and closure.Draft, examine, and coordinate commercial papers, amendments, and vendor-related records.Partner with procurement, operations, finance, legal, and business teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly and match operational requirements.Liaise with internal teams and external counterparts for agreement negotiations, approvals, clarifications, and issue handling.Monitor agreement schedules, renewal dates, deliverables, compliance obligations, and service commitments throughout the engagement period.Assist with sourcing activities and vendor coordination for project and infrastructure initiatives.Keep contract and procurement documents properly filed, with approvals and workflows maintained in the relevant systems.Spot process gaps, operational risks, and areas for improvement, and support corrective and preventive actions.Create reports, progress summaries, and stakeholder updates to keep work moving on schedule.Follow internal procedures, governance requirements, procurement rules, and company policies at all times.Additional informationScoutit is acting only as an independent candidate sourcing partner for this opening.
