Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective schedules for asset care and shutdown execution, with the goal of exceeding monthly KPI targets.
  • Work closely with Operations every day so targets stay on track through QCDM meetings covering Quality, Control, Delivery, and Morale.
  • Assess work orders and requests, then prioritise them in coordination with Maintenance and Operations teams.
  • Assist improvement groups by scheduling failure analysis work orders based on team feedback.
  • Produce weekly scorecards, share them with teams, track labour utilisation, maintain SAP records, follow data standards, prepare ad hoc reports, and update tasks and instructions where needed.
  • Keep SAP master data up to date, including information for new equipment and related asset care routines.
  • Support site actions linked to internal audits such as PEMM, BRC, and AIB, and take ownership of agreed follow-up items.
  • Use strong numerical and analytical thinking to help Maintenance, Operations, and other stakeholders make informed decisions.
