This opportunity is being shared for a partner company that will handle all applications and follow-up steps. The hiring organization is seeking an early-career Junior Full-Stack Engineer in Germany to work on AI code evaluation.
The role sits at the intersection of full-stack engineering and artificial intelligence. You will help assess and improve AI systems that create and review code, with the goal of making generated output more dependable, structured, and suitable for real-world use. The position involves practical coding work as well as systematic review of AI-generated applications across both frontend and backend layers.

Key responsibilities
- Run, clone, and troubleshoot AI-created frontend and full-stack applications to confirm they work as intended and to pinpoint defects.
- Review the structure, readability, quality, and engineering discipline of generated code.
- Spot inconsistencies in user interface behavior, layouts, and application logic, then record those issues in a clear and organized way.
- Work with engineering teammates to shape and improve evaluation methods and quality standards for code review.
- Help build reusable frontend components and support improvements to internal tools.
- Contribute to small feature updates, visual refinements, and iterative enhancements to existing products.
- Share well-structured feedback that can improve the accuracy and reliability of AI code-generation models.
Skills and experience needed
This role is suited to candidates with basic to moderate professional exposure to frontend or full-stack development. You should be comfortable working with JavaScript or TypeScript, and ideally have experience with React, Node.js, or comparable frameworks.
Applicants should also be able to work with Python and standard modern web technologies, read and debug code across frontend and backend systems, and understand core software engineering principles such as modularity, maintainability, and code quality.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear documentation habits, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers are essential. Familiarity with databases such as Postgres or Redis and cloud platforms such as AWS would be beneficial.
