Advance HER Nature Foundation is looking for a dependable and technically capable IT Support Engineer to keep its everyday technology environment running smoothly. The position focuses on helping staff with technical issues, supporting core IT systems, and making sure hardware, software, and network resources remain available and functional.

The role covers both first-level and second-level support. You will investigate and resolve problems related to devices, applications, and connectivity, and pass on more complex issues when needed.
