About the Company and Team

THG Ingenuity runs a fully connected digital commerce platform built to help brands scale without constraints. Its end-to-end technology offering is made up of three core products: THG Commerce, THG Studios, and THG Fulfilment. Together, they provide a single solution for brands moving directly to consumers. The business works with well-known global names including Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.

Within this environment, Arrow Films is a UK-based film distributor that releases titles through home entertainment and digital channels across the UK and North America. The label is known for restoration and curation, and is widely regarded as one of the leading boutique film brands internationally.

Role Overview

Arrow Films is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support upcoming home entertainment and digital release campaigns, along with broader brand marketing and promotional output. The role sits primarily within the Marketing department and focuses on producing engaging visual materials for new releases, including print advertising, key art, promotional assets, and the design, layout, and final preparation of physical release sleeves and related print materials.

You will collaborate across several functions, including Operations, Sales, and Content. This will involve coordinating print upload deadlines, delivering assets for both B2B and B2C channels, and partnering on design and layout requirements for new product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visual design assets across the Arrow catalogue and related brand activity.
  • Manage several live projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to define project plans and creative direction.
  • Create assets in multiple formats for the full release journey, including theatrical, home entertainment, digital, organic social, and paid social campaigns.
  • Produce tailored creative for festivals, events, SVOD platforms, and other key partners.
  • Ensure all materials are delivered in the correct format and meet the requirements of each platform or channel.
  • Adapt existing artwork for social, PR, and marketing use.
  • Support other teams with design requirements when needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

The role calls for 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, either in-house or within an agency. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual storytelling is also important, along with experience creating marketing assets for theatrical, digital, and print environments.

You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications and familiar with team communication and planning tools such as Teams and/or Asana. Experience with video editing would be an advantage, though it is not required.

Personal Attributes

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, as is the ability to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and external clients. You should be comfortable managing time well, solving problems, and identifying practical, scalable solutions.

The role also suits someone who can contribute fresh ideas while staying aligned to brand guidelines and company direction. A genuine interest in film and television, together with familiarity with Arrow Video, will be valuable. The team welcomes entrepreneurial thinking, creative problem-solving, calmness under pressure, and a positive, collaborative approach.
