Role overview

This position focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, including recruiting programs, processes, and planning. The recruiter will act as a partner and advisor, staying up to date on business and market movement while supporting both strategic and day-to-day hiring needs. The role calls for a solid grasp of hiring requirements, internal and external market conditions, and the ability to guide stakeholders across multiple levels. It also involves sourcing and building candidate pipelines for hiring managers across several teams, organizations, and locations.

The ideal candidate can juggle multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and close hiring needs within agreed timelines. Success in this role depends on experience with benchmarks, metrics, and customer SLA priorities, along with comfort in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring teams to design strong sourcing, assessment, and closure strategies while managing expectations through a clear understanding of value and impact.
• Engage passive talent and evaluate candidate fit by understanding motivation, chemistry, and alignment rather than simply promoting the role.
• Screen candidates rigorously against job requirements and prepare a strong shortlist within a consistent and timely process.
• Develop and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship building, including detailed interviews and anticipation of hiring manager preferences.
• Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and interview panels so they are well prepared throughout the interview cycle.
• Suggest recruitment ideas and improvements that support long-term growth and strengthen hiring processes in line with the company’s customer-first approach.
• Deliver a positive candidate journey and act as an advocate for applicants throughout the process.
• Create clear written plans with milestones, timelines, and formal tracking methods.
• Contribute to special recruiting initiatives and projects, including interviewing best practices, internal talent sourcing, and identifying high performers for senior openings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Prior exposure to recruiting or HR is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete searches within deadlines.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and stakeholder communication skills.
