Role Summary
This is a full-time remote finance analytics position supporting advanced research for a client project. The work focuses on in-depth financial investigation, market analysis, and the creation of models that guide investment and business strategy.
Compensation
The role is budgeted at USD 350K to USD 500K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and apply quantitative frameworks to study financial markets, market patterns, and potential investment opportunities.
- Carry out detailed research on financial products, macroeconomic signals, and developments within specific sectors.
- Create and improve algorithms that support automated financial analysis and decision-making.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to turn research findings into scalable tools and workflows.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and analysis to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Required Skills and Background
- Strong working knowledge of Python, R, or comparable languages used in financial modeling and analysis.
- Hands-on experience analyzing financial data such as market information, company financial statements, and economic indicators.
- Solid grounding in quantitative finance, econometrics, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to design, test, and validate financial models and analytical algorithms.
- Experience handling large datasets and converting them into practical insights.
