About the Role
The Financial Analyst will support the organization’s FP&A function and contribute to core financial planning activities. The position involves creating financial reports, performing detailed business analysis, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and turning data into insights that help leadership make informed decisions. The role works closely with teams across the business to assess performance, spot risks and opportunities, and strengthen decision-making through analysis. It is suited to a finance professional who enjoys working with large data sets, building financial models, and supporting growth through strong analytical work.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting and analysis.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning activities.
- Manage recurring monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting timelines.
- Work with business leaders and internal teams to share financial insights and recommendations.
- Analyze profit and loss performance to assess business results.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities and suggest practical actions.
- Create bridge commentary and financial explanations for business performance.
- Develop ad hoc reports, management presentations, and strategic analyses.
- Look for ways to improve reporting workflows and budgeting efficiency.
- Check financial information for inconsistencies and unusual patterns.
- Provide input on pricing decisions and special projects.
- Help leadership make decisions through accurate, timely financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Strong grasp of financial reporting and analytical methods.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical judgment and problem-solving ability.
