Field Supervisor, CWI

About the Role

This field-based position is suited to someone who is technically inclined, customer-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both clients and internal teams. You will support product lines in a collaborative onsite environment, helping ensure strong technical capability, dependable service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on chemical pumps to help keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
• Strengthen and maintain product-line knowledge in line with the organization’s competency framework.
• Use practical technical expertise and functional know-how to assist with field activities and customer needs.
• Approach service delivery with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day objectives.
• Work as part of a team to deliver safe, efficient, and consistent field execution.
• Take part in training and product-learning activities to keep technical skills current.

What We’re Looking For

• A technical diploma, or at least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
• A two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Background in the industry, along with completed product-line training.
• Solid technical, functional, and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working within established procedures, learning structures, and competency requirements.
• A clear commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
