FF&E Project Coordinator

Role overview

Dishley Holding is seeking an FF&E Project Coordinator for Credo Trading in Doha, Qatar. This position is suited to someone with hands-on FF&E procurement experience and a strong interest in luxury interiors and seamless project delivery. The role supports hospitality and luxury residential projects and acts as a key coordination point across procurement, design, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive procurement for FF&E packages from the initial sourcing stage through to final delivery.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers on pricing, lead times, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with designers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure progress stays on schedule.
• Track manufacturing status, logistics movements, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.
• Keep procurement trackers, project reports, and all related documentation accurate and up to date.
• Serve as the main link between procurement, design, and project management teams.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in FF&E procurement and project coordination. Prior exposure to hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel projects is required, along with proven experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers. Strong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and procurement tracking systems is also expected. In addition, the candidate should understand FF&E schedules, BOQs, materials, and furniture manufacturing processes.
