Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore supporting outlet operations on a daily basis. The role covers opening and closing support, preparing and maintaining the dining area, assisting with timely and accurate order flow, and working with the on-site lead to keep service coordinated. It also includes stock monitoring, replenishment support, simple administrative tracking, customer assistance, and helping resolve minor issues while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Duties
- Assist with opening and closing routines to ensure the outlet is prepared for service and properly secured after hours.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout service.
- Work with the on-site lead to support prompt and accurate order delivery.
- Carry out stock checks, restocking tasks, and reporting of low inventory or shortages.
- Maintain basic operational records, including usage logs and simple tracking of outlet data.
- Provide polite and helpful service to guests, including responding to requests and minor floor issues.
- Support hygiene compliance, safety practices, and overall service consistency.
- Assist with basic kitchen or service coordination as needed during daily operations.
Requirements
- Some exposure to, or genuine interest in, food and beverage operations and service support is preferred.
- Comfortable following standard operating procedures for opening, closing, hygiene, and safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability for professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail for inventory, replenishment, and outlet upkeep.
- Able to stand for long periods and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive, adaptable, and service-focused attitude suited to a busy environment.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills; prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an added advantage.
- Food hygiene certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain it in line with local rules.
- Basic barista knowledge is required, including bean calibration, daily coffee machine upkeep, and preparation of a simple bean-to-cup coffee.
Additional Information
This role is based in Singapore and is carried out fully on-site. The job is tied to F&B operations, so work schedules may include shifts, weekends, and public holidays as operationally required. The company offers opportunities to build practical skills within the food and beverage industry.
