Explorers Associate

Job Summary

The Explorers Associate helps build a cheerful, secure, and engaging atmosphere for children visiting the Kids Club. This role focuses on planning and running age-appropriate activities, safeguarding children’s health and safety, and creating memorable experiences that reflect ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee children and participate with them during both indoor and outdoor sessions.
• Plan and run imaginative, learning-focused, and recreational experiences such as arts and crafts, dance, games, storytelling, and themed programs.
• Keep children safe, clean, and well cared for throughout the day.
• Communicate with parents and guests in a polished, respectful, and service-oriented way.
• Help prepare daily schedules and set up activity materials and spaces.
• Motivate children to join in activities while encouraging positive conduct and collaboration.
• Keep the Kids Club spaces and equipment tidy, orderly, and ready for use.
• Adhere to all Kids Club rules, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Assist with special occasions, birthday parties, and seasonal programming as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, Kids Club work, nursery settings, education, recreation, or a similar area.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and designing enjoyable experiences.
• Hands-on ability in arts and crafts plus dance-related activities.
• A lively, imaginative, self-driven, and upbeat personality.
• Strong verbal communication and people skills.
• English proficiency is required; knowing additional languages is an added advantage.
• Comfort working in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Good teamwork and guest-facing service abilities.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hospitality or in a luxury resort Kids Club environment.
• First Aid or CPR certification would be beneficial.
• Patience and care when supporting children across different age ranges.
