Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the Owner’s calendar organized by arranging meetings and setting priorities.
- Manage the Owner’s inbox and make sure messages are handled promptly, with follow-ups completed as needed.
- Coordinate travel from start to finish so trips run smoothly.
- Prepare meetings by collecting the right materials and tracking next steps.
- Support daily operations and serve as a point of contact between the Owner and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or comparable senior support position.
- Strong ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and a high level of discretion.
- Comfort using digital tools for email, scheduling, calendars, and productivity.
