Role Overview
This is a long-term remote contract opportunity in the United States for an Executive Assistant supporting a leading client. The assignment offers competitive hourly compensation and the hiring team is actively arranging interviews.
Employment is on a W2 contract basis at a rate of $40 to $45 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic, administrative, and operational assistance to two to three corporate leaders at the VP level and above.
- Coordinate several priorities at once, including leadership agenda planning, meeting facilitation, department offsites, and team events.
- Keep executive calendars organized, manage meetings, and handle global scheduling across multiple time zones using Google Calendar.
- Arrange worldwide travel and related logistics, including expense reconciliation, in a fast-growing environment.
- Plan and support offsites by coordinating budgets, hotels, meeting spaces, vendors, room blocks, team-building activities, transportation, and catering; some international travel may be needed.
- Anticipate executive needs and help prioritize time and commitments with a forward-looking mindset.
- Manage sensitive, high-stakes matters with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Maintain important internal and external relationships, including connections with senior and external stakeholders.
- Support annual review and mid-year promotion cycles by organizing review meetings, tracking deadlines, and helping with documentation.
- Work closely with senior leaders, including C-level and outside executives.

Preferred Background
- Experience supporting senior-level management or an equivalent level of responsibility.
- Background in a high-tech, startup, or rapidly expanding company.
- Exposure to product or engineering teams.
- Cybersecurity industry familiarity is a plus.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, Workday, Expensify, Confluence, and Coupa is advantageous.
