Role Overview

The company is seeking an Engineer to become part of its team. In this role, you will plan, design, and deliver engineering projects while offering technical assistance, addressing complex engineering problems, and making sure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering concepts and solutions that align with project needs and industry standards.
• Draft and assess technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Track project milestones to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
• Diagnose technical challenges and provide practical engineering fixes.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory obligations.
• Carry out site visits and oversee engineering tasks when needed.
• Evaluate and approve materials, equipment, and technical submissions.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
• Keep project records accurate and prepare routine status updates.
• Take part in risk reviews and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts and established engineering best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
• Between 0 and 3 years of relevant engineering experience is expected, depending on the role.
• Ability to work with engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Background in project coordination and stakeholder handling.
• Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Professional engineering certification will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong command of English is mandatory.
