Goode Brothers Sylvia Park is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join its lively gastropub team in Auckland. The venue blends Kiwi and Italian influences in a modern style, creating a fast-moving environment where strong leadership and sound judgement are essential.
What the role involves
This position carries real responsibility on shift and suits someone who can keep service running smoothly while supporting the team and looking after customers. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain consistent service standards, and help ensure the venue operates in line with licensing requirements.
What you’ll need
To be considered, you should already hold a current Duty Manager’s Licence and bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Up-to-date knowledge of licensing rules is important, along with a strong eye for detail, confidence with numbers, and the ability to stay organised in a busy setting.
