Qualifications

The role calls for someone with prior dishwashing experience who can remain composed and efficient during busy service periods. You should be able to communicate well, stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and bring a proactive, dependable, solution-oriented mindset. A strong team-first attitude is important, along with comfort working in a high-volume kitchen and willingness to work late evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

The Dishwasher will support kitchen operations by keeping dishes clean and maintaining clear communication with the chef. You’ll work alongside the back-of-house team to help service run smoothly and step in wherever support is needed to keep things moving efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
