Digital Marketing Manager - B2B

About the role

Prodoc AI is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to drive demand generation for its healthcare-focused patient engagement platform. The company helps hospitals and healthcare teams automate appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient communication using WhatsApp and SMS to improve efficiency, reduce missed appointments, and strengthen patient satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch, and improve LinkedIn ad campaigns aimed at generating healthcare leads.
• Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to build awareness, increase engagement, and capture qualified prospects.
• Set up and refine Google Ads efforts, including Search, Display, and retargeting.
• Design and execute digital demand generation plans that grow qualified leads and customer acquisition.
• Manage webinar promotions end-to-end, including campaign setup, registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
• Build and improve landing pages to raise conversion rates.
• Coordinate CRM integrations so leads move smoothly between marketing and sales systems.
• Monitor campaign results and report on CPL, MQLs, website conversions, and demo bookings.

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
• Practical experience using HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Ability to think analytically and communicate clearly in a data-led environment.

Additional details

This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time onsite role. The salary range is ₹7,00,000 to ₹9,50,000 per year.
