The Mission

Partyhat is looking for a highly skilled digital artist to shape a premium visual identity for its product universe. This role focuses on turning abstract product ideas into striking digital illustrations, hero visuals, and tailored graphic assets that elevate the brand’s web presence. The work is fully remote and centered on producing assets for modern digital interfaces, combining clean web design thinking with a fast-moving internet-native style.

The team values portfolio quality, creative execution, and practical output far more than formal education or agency background. If you can absorb the brand language quickly, work at high speed, and deliver organized, web-ready files that integrate smoothly into product and marketing workflows, this role offers a strong creative platform.

Responsibilities

• Create original characters, scenes, and custom typography that strengthen the brand’s visual world.
• Produce polished digital assets for landing pages, interface elements, icons, and social media use.
• Convert detailed artwork into scalable vector formats and layered source files suitable for immediate web deployment.
• Apply and extend the brand’s visual style while preserving consistency in scale, composition, and color across digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to turn ideas, wireframes, and mood references into finished visuals quickly.
• Keep master files and asset libraries well organized so engineering and marketing teams can access and use them without delay.

Requirements

• A strong digital art portfolio demonstrating excellent composition, vector work, clean line quality, and a distinctive digital-first style.
• Advanced ability with standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar vector and raster software.
• Solid understanding of artwork for web use, including responsive scaling, resolution choices, and file optimization.
• Comfort with fast-paced iteration and being highly responsive when product priorities or launch needs change.
• Strong self-management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle many layers, versions, and deadlines without losing track of the work.

Operational Details

This is a fully remote role with a flexible, on-call style schedule that requires quick turnaround when assets are needed. Compensation is based on an hourly rate or retainer, depending on portfolio strength. Payment is made in digital assets through USDC or USDT.
