Position Summary

The organization is hiring a Data Analyst to assist with customer experience and compliance-related initiatives. The role involves examining operational and assessment data, building dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and producing insights that help teams make informed decisions and improve performance. The position calls for strong analytical thinking, close attention to data quality, and hands-on experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, check, and evaluate information from different project and operational data sources.
• Create and update dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools using Power BI or comparable BI software.
• Track and interpret KPIs tied to customer experience, compliance, service quality, and operational results.
• Spot patterns, exceptions, gaps, and improvement areas through structured analysis.
• Build routine and one-off reports for project teams, leadership, and clients.
• Convert complex datasets into easy-to-read visuals, presentations, and practical business recommendations.
• Support data analysis and reporting for customer experience measurement, mystery shopping, compliance, and assessment programs.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Work with project managers and other stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and performance measures.
• Share conclusions, trends, and recommendations with both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
• Very good command of Power BI or a similar data visualization and business intelligence tool.
• Experience handling large datasets and turning raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting applications.
• Capability to handle several reporting demands at once while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.

Preferred Experience

• Background in customer experience analytics, compliance reporting, operational performance reporting, or quality assurance programs.
• Prior involvement in customer experience, mystery shopping, insurance, compliance, consulting, or inspection-focused projects.
• Understanding of KPI frameworks, trend analysis methods, and performance measurement practices.
• Arabic and English communication ability is an advantage.
