Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the team and help clients make better decisions through clear analysis and reporting. The role calls for someone who can work with large data sets, uncover meaningful patterns, and turn findings into practical recommendations. You will work closely with teams such as marketing, sales, and product to understand their information needs and deliver solutions that support business goals in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Your work will involve gathering, preparing, and validating data so it remains accurate and reliable. You will build and update dashboards and reports that track important business metrics, perform exploratory analysis to spot trends and irregularities, and carry out statistical work that supports testing and forecasting. A major part of the role is communicating insights clearly through visual reports and management summaries, while continually improving methods and tools used in the analytics process.

Qualifications and skills

The preferred candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a comparable position is expected. Strong SQL ability is required, along with hands-on experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. A solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling is necessary, and familiarity with Python or R is a strong advantage. The role also requires sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and the skill to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
