Job Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst focused on CRM and Salesforce to help strengthen business operations through customer and sales data analysis. The role involves building reports and dashboards, spotting patterns and trends, and turning findings into practical recommendations that improve customer engagement and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and verify CRM and Salesforce data from different sources.
- Create dashboards and reports that monitor sales, customer activity, and business outcomes.
- Study customer behavior, sales patterns, and operational indicators.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and business teams to support data-led decisions.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data inside CRM systems.
- Share findings and recommendations with stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst working with CRM or Salesforce platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Practical experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM datasets.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Understanding of CRM analytics, sales reporting, and customer lifecycle management.
- Basic familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience using SQL databases and reporting tools.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist are considered an advantage.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
